problems with popups & shutdowns

I have the latest version of IE6 and for the past 2 weeks
I keep getting this popup from a group
called "oddeyssymarketing" everytime I open any web page
and then suddenly my browser will shut down and just send
reports to the microsoft office. It's even getting to the
point where I can no longer type anything into any web
pages. Any ideas?
