Problems with Outook and Palm Pilot Zire Z22 Conduit

I intalled Zire Z22 Desktop and now out look deoen's open. The outlook
Program Dialog Box comes up then crashes. I've tried unistalling, and
installing it, but it still doesn't work. I called Palm, and they saifd I
had to call Microsoft to get help. I'd rather be able to fix it my self.
Does any one know what to do?
 
Vesrion of Outlook?
Error message?
What is logged to the Event Viewer?
