problems with outlook

i just got new comp. preloaded with office 2007 small bus. transfer from xp
office student. i cannot get outlook to open on new comp. says MAPI unable to
load information server msncon.dll have been all over but can not find help.
anyone got any ideas?
 
two MAPI, two POP3 Istarted windows live beta so that I can get my mail but
outlook still will not open and I like to use outlook for other things that
is why I got the small biz ver. I was told to reinstall office and I started
to but fell short and jusst hit repair but it did not work so when i have
time I will do a full reinstall but I think that is bunk. I had heard horror
stories about Vista and now I am not sure of my decission to go with it just
because it will be the MS OS for a while. Should have stayed with first
thought and gone with XP pro. darn it. any suggestions as to how I can get
outlook to start. I know that there is a simple answer but I do not know how
to get there and exactly what to key in. Thanks a head of time.
