Problems with Outlook and PhotoDraw

Recently, I upgrades to SR-3 for Office. I have run into
two problems.

1- PhotoDraw will not launch
2- When I click the Send/Received button in Outlook, I get
the Error Message - Operation Failed.
However, I am still able to send and receive emails. Any
suggestions.

By the way I did the Fix and Repair on Outlook - It didn't
fix the error.

The PhotoDraw problem is well covered in the PhotoDraw
area. I fixed it with a configuration change to the short
cut. The Outlook problem was corrected by a computer
reboot.
