problems with Outlook after Windows XP upgrade

I recently upgraded from Windows 98 to XP. I am having
problems with Outlook being very slow. Does anyone have a
suggestion for this problem. If so, could you please send

Not without more information. What version of Outlook are you
running? What is your hardware configuration?
