problems with my keyboards buttons tab in properties

at one time i had all the internet buttons set on my keyboard like the
connect,chat, sports, finance etc. they stopped working so i followed the
written instructions to find the button tab in properties but it is not there
any ideas on how this could be i have tried reinstalling drivers but that
didnt help at all

the special keyboard usually has a special program that loads upon startup.
you might want to check you msconfig startups and see if it is disabled...
but you may have to reload the keyboard manager program from the disk or
maybe download it from the manufacturer's site...
