Problems with my internet conection

Could anybody help me. When ever i connect to the internet it says im
connected but i can't veiw any pages it just say PAGE NOT AVAILABLE i had a
look at the Dr speedtouch diagnostics and says there is a problem with
protocol Can anybody help me please

Is this a recent issue, is there something you've changed, added, removed
just before this began? It could be as simple as a firewall or some
security software on your system blocking the connection, in which case you
should look at the applications log to see what it is blocking and unblock
items one by one until you are able to find the culprit and are able to
properly connect.
