Problems with MSAccess shortcuts

When I try to launch my mdb using a shortcut, the mdb is started, but I get
an error indicating that windows cannot find the file even though the path is
correct. I've checked other Windows applications and those files start
without the error. Any suggestions??

Your database is opening very slowly, thereby leading Windoze to conclude
that something is wrong. Is there a startup macro or form doing some
long-running processing, or is your network sluggish?
