Problems with .jpg attachments

I have Outlook 2003 and I can't open, view, or save .jpg
attachments. When I click on them, it says "This action
is only valid for products that are currently installed.
I've been able to open other types of attachemnts. I
don't know if it's all image files or just .jpgs.

Can you open an existing JPEG in Windows Explorer? What app is associated
with that file extension?
