Problems with Incd

I was installing an anti-virus, and it asked me to restart my computer. I did
it but I closed the cd-rom unit after clicking yes to restart. After that,
windows comes up, but the task bar keeps displaying the clock form cursor. It
didn't restart or turn of. Then, appears the end now display an it says
Incd.exe not responding. When I choose end now, windows starts appropiately.
What can it be?

InCD.exe is part of Nero CD Burning Software ... If this
program is giving you problems or you don't use it , then
i would email nero and ask them how to remove InCD.exe or
better yet just tell them whats going on with there
program InCD on your computer and see if they have any
fix for it
