Problems with Element Alignments

I am using FrontPage 2002 and am having problems with how my elements load
across varying browsers. Specifically, when I view my website pages using
my browser on my computer all element appear fine (Not overlapping and in
proper position), but when I view my website on other computers elements
will load overlapping and out of place. Any suggestion and thanks for your
help.

Avoid using absolute positioning, instead use tables to structure your page layout.
