Problems with DNS Client Service

I have about 180 computers with XP SP2 loaded. I have tried adding a
domain to the DNS search order through AD Policy and via a registry
key, and have received the same results. The DNS Clinet service will
stop responding. After a reboot it won't start at all. When I try to
start it manually I get: "The DNS Client service terminated with the
following error: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine
failed."

To fix this I have been reisntalling SP2 not once but twice before
it'll start working again!!!!!


Anyone know why it does this???
