Problems with ccAP

I'm having problems sending and receiving email using pop3 accounts on
Microsoft Outlook. I also get a message "ccAP Windows is ending program"
when I shut down my computere. I'm told that this is being caused by my
Norton Anti-virus software. Any thoughts on what I should do?

Disable the antivuris integration with mail. It causes more problems than
it cures.
