problems with cannot delete folder

Hi everyone,

pls help me, how to get rid of folders on Desktop.

When i delete on folder on Desktop but pop-up notice its
say 'Cannot Delete- Access is denied'

what this mean?

Maybe becasue of virus that why.

Dont want crash my computer!!!

To get into Safe Mode, tap F8 repeatedly while booting the machine.
Sometimes you can just hold down the Control key while booting, but I
haven't always been successful with that method. F8 is usual way.
You'll get a menu with quite a lot of choices. Choose Safe Mode (not
Safe Mode with Networking). Once in Safe Mode, you will probably be
able to delete the folders. I hope you have a current antivirus with
updated definitions.
