Im not sure how the folder got on my desktop and I can change the name of

Trs80,

Sounds like you saved a web page

Go into 'safe mode' & delete it that way

Google for "unlocker"...

Google search for UNLOCKER. This is a little program that allows you to
delete files that give you this message. I use it all the time and it works.
Just download it (free) and check it out.

thanks all. No luck when tryin to delete while in safe mode. I also tried
3 different tools including Unlocker but still the folder will not delete.
I have also tried deleting each nested folder where there is no content and
it will not delete. Any suggestions?
thanks
