Problems with being prompted to downloaded a file

Hello
I was downloading a xls file and I asked not to be prompted on what to do
with the file and now it opens up in internet explorer all of the time. I
would like to go back and be prompted for what to do with the file again. IE)
Open, download, cancel

please help

Open up Windows Explorer ( commonly called the Shell Explorer)

Select the Tools/Folder Options menu

Select the File Types tab

Find "XSL Stylesheet" in the list.

( It should say Opens with Internet Explorer)

Press the Delete Button
