Hi!
I am experiencing a weird problem regarding read receipt. I send and
receive many emails (more than 100/day) and the problem is that outlook
requires to click and go into each mail confirmation to allow me
viewing the data regarding read mails in sent items. I have tried to
set the options/trace settings:
- Process requests and responses on arrival
- Process receipts on arrival
- After Processing move receipts to ...

but it seems that they are not working properly on my machine. Mail
confirmations are moved to other directory but it is still necessary
for me to read each mail confirmation manually..

Any ideas or suggestions? I am using MS Outlook 2000. Maybe it has sth
to do with the fact that Outlook is somehow (I don't know how - there
is no rule like that defined on my computer) copying the mails from
Exchange server to my local mail directory

I will be very grateful for any help since it causes that I am wasting
a lot of time
Regards
Chris

I don't understand - what is the behavior that you expect for delivery and
read receipts? In other words, what is not happening now with receipts that
you want to happen?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without

Hi!
Hmm as you can see english is not my native language.. What I meant was
I would like to see in "trace" bookmark (I'm not sure if it's the right
name - it's the one which appears after reading first confirmation) the
list of people who read/received my mail. To achieve that I have to go
into each mail confmation MANUALLY (read it by double-clicking it) and
it's a bit annoying to do it with 1000 confirmations a day. I though
that using those options means that the "reading" and thus "processing"
of the confirmation is done automatically (without my double-clicking)

Am I right or maybe it's not possible to do that with Outlook 2000?

I will be grateful for help

Ok I just noticed that after I tried to change various options
yesterday now it is done automatically but with delay. When I am
receiving for example 200 confirmations and 3 mails in the same time
it's a bit difficult to see which mails are mails and which are
confirmations. Is there any way to make that process faster? I don't
know how it is done - once a minute or so.. Maybe it's possible to
change some value in the registry or sth like this?

Thanks in advance!
Regards
Chris
