problems with autocomplete feature on outlook

the autocomplete feature on outlook totally disappeared today. I have
checked the advanced options and it is checked for autocomplete. Any
suggestions?

State your Outlook version.
State what feature you checked.
State your evidence that the feature suddenly "disappeared."
