Is it not better to challenge your abilities and knowledge

to help these 'Newbies' become more experienced users and
problem solvers? If the new users can be encouraged to
share their (maybe unique) problems, will that not help to
improve the product and make my and your internet and
computing use better and safer? Granted it may be tough to
explain to a new user how to fix a problem and avoid it's
return but isn't that what this forum is for, share
experiences to help others?
