Problems when trying to uninstall a program

Lately I tried to uninstall a program call blackwidow and I got th
following message :

Wise Uninstall (window label)


Could not open install.log file (window message)

I thought it was a problem with the specific program but today I trie
to uninstall another program and got the exact same error.Any ideas ho
to solve this
