problems when "trying to check out of a site"

In explorer, I tried to check out of the following site:
http://order.store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/wg-order?golf8888.
I clicked check out and nothing happened. In contrast, I
had no problems with Netscape. Can anyone help? This
does not happen with all shopping sites
