Boot to safe mode by pressing F8 before Windows boots, this
will load only the minimum drivers and only essential
Windows components. Look at device manager to see if there
are any listed problems.
Check to see if the graphic card and monitor are properly
identified.
Display properties, if you can't set them properly,
reinstall your drivers.
