Problems Using DSL to Post to This Forum

I know this isn't the place to ask this, but I don't know
who to ask. I just got Verizon DSL 2 weeks ago, and when I
access the MS forums, I can't post questions or replys. I
go into a wait state: "Waiting for " Other than
that, I can browse just fine. I have the same problem
with the Dell forums. I have no problems with the Smart
Computing forum.
Since I normally use Netscape, I thought maybe I should use
Internet Explorer. No change. Yes, I run Spybot and
Ad-aware daily, and I have used and turned off firewalls.
No effect.
Any ideas??
