Problems uploading to FTP

Hi,

I am having some problems. Everytime I try to upload my website via FTP it
gives me an error. I think I am supposed to do something differently.

Heres what I entered:

ftp://<userremoved>:<passremoved>@members.rogers.com

I entered that under Remote Website location, but it wont work
 
That form of link is a security risk and IE (from which FrontPage gets a lot
of its functionality) will no longer allow it.

Use ftp://members.rogers.com and log in using the login dialogue.
