Problems sleeping?

My PC is having problems sleeping! It goes to sleep OK, but a few
minutes later wakes up again. I've checked all the BIOS settings,
there is nothing untoward. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem ones...

Turn off wake up event in BIOS for your LAN.
Also go into network settings and disable wakeup event.
That worked for me.. it was my Router that woke up my computer through my
LAN.

Another thought, or two.

Is there a log of events that wake the PC?
Should the BIOS be on S1/POS or S3/STR?
