Problems since XP

Since I have XP (had Me), I can't get into my on-line
banking. When I go to my bank's website it sends me to
the error page and gives this message "You have reached
this page for one of the following reasons:

"There are multiple users accessing this site from this
computer"

My computer is at home and I am the only one who uses it.
How can I make it a single user so I can get in to a
secure site?
