Problems since Update KB931768

How do I Uninstall update KB931768? Since the update my outlook is
either 'not responding' or painfully slow. It freezes regularly.

Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | check 'Show updates'; now scroll
down to the 931768 update (under Internet Explorer) and uninstall it.
 
Does it help, to remove 931768? I did that, but still my Outlook crawls and
eats up all my CPU cycles (>90%).

What am I supposed to do now? Is there a patch available?
