Problems sending emails from outlook to hotmail

I have problems that people with hotmail/msn/live email accounts holders
don't receive my emails when sent from my outlook
 
Do you get the messages returned with an error message?
It could be that the mail server that you are using is currently black
listed. Contact your ISP to have them verify that their mail servers are not
on any black list.
 
No, I don't get them back in my outlook, and no error message.I can't see
there should be anything wrong in my outlook, the emails just never arrives
in the Hotmail/live/msn inbox.

I have been able to send to these email adresses earlier, but it has
suddenly changed.

Thanks for replying on my post, I really can't figure this issue out.
