Hi,
I am using a pop3 email account. The mail server is at
an ISP. When I try to send an email, it keeps on getting
bounced back to us %90 of the time with the following
error message:

"550 5.0.0 <[email protected]>... sorry, this system will
not relay mail for 67.21.12.69. if your are connecting to
your email from a remote network, try checking your mail
and then wait a few seconds for popb4smtp or use webmail
at http://home.crosslink.net/webmail/."
Any ideas? Thanks.

You are trying to send through a server that does not belong to your ISP.
You need to set your outgoing server to authenticate before receiving. It
is on the server tab of your account properties.
