Problems reinstall Multiple User Configuration, Help me...

I have made a reinstall WinXP Home ( OEM + Drivers &
Utilities cd (Fujitsu-Siemens)) with a multiple user
configuration for several times now.
I have installed (just like the first time)
all 'administrator' accounts: for me, my son and my
daughter.
When I try to install applications I used before the
reinstallation, they appears in my account only!
I mean the one from where I install them...
(Examples: Window Washer, Lavasoft Adaware, Kazaa,
several games and many more).
I can't find any of them in my childrens accounts.
I didn't had this problem before the reinstal!!!
I am desperate. I have reinstall the OS several times,
activated it and install all the updates...
(also SP1, like the first time) but the problem still
exists.
My pc is useless...can someone help me please???

OS: Windows XP Home Edition + SP1 Pack and updates
(ver. 5.1.2600)
Hotfix: Q819696
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00GHz
Mobo: GA-8SIMLFS20 (SIS 962L Chipset)
Language: DUTCH (BELGIUM)

Hi,

This happens with some software. The solution is to reinstall the
application to the same folder while logged on under each user for which you
wish to have access to it.
