Problems opening Outlook 2007

We recently upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 and each time we open Outlook
we receive the following message: "The data file "Personal Folders" was not
closed properly....

We close Outlook properly by selecting File/Exit. Is there a solution?

When you close Outlook does the outlook.exe process actually stop?

Having the same problem. Also Outlook is not even opening 50% of the time. I
recall we had the same problem with XP first came out - something about
OUtlook closing down too fast, hence the data files were not given enough
time to save and close correctly. MS eventually issued a fix to slow down the
closing process. Lets hope they do the same again soon
