Not Closed Properly



We are using MS Office Outlook 2003 connecting to a Windows SBS 2003 Exchange
Server in Cached Exchange Mode. Some of our users experienced this message
very often, "The data file "Mailbox - username" was not closed properly."
Then it will start checking the data file for consistency. Sometimes, we also
discovered that Outlook will suddenly closed by itself in the midst of using.
We will just need to open it again to continue. We find this quite annoying.
Does anyone know of any solution for this problem? Thank you.
