Problems opening new window in internet explorer

Everytime I open a new window in internet explorer, it
only opens a small window! It drives me mad!

How can I restore the settings to open the new window in
its original size?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
