Internet Explorer Will Not Open Pages in New Window

On my laptop, I cannot get Internet Explorer to open in more than one
window. Thus if I try to open a second instance of Internet Explorer, it
opens in the same window. If I choose "Open Page In new Window", it still
opens in ths same window. In Internet Options, I have unchecked "Reuse
Windows When Launching Shortcuts." The problem still persists.

I have also tried IEFix, still the problem is still there. I have also tried
to
re-register urlmon, shdocvw, etc dlls. The problem has not been solved.

Have anyone ever encountered this problem? How can I solve it?

You Have you tried this?
Tools-Internet Options-Advanced.
Perhaps it is a toolbar you have added?
Try removing extra toolbars, in particular, the Yahoo toolbar.

Thank you very much. The problem has been solved. I uninstalled the Yahoo
Toolbar and everything is okay now.
