Open favorites in new window

I have tried Tools|Internet Options|Advanced| and unchecked reuse windows for
launching shortcuts. However, when I click on favorites and go to a link it
opens in the same window and takes me from my current page. Since this did
not work I tried this reg hack.
User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
Value Name: AllowWindowReuse
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = new window, 1 = existing window)
Still did not work. Big problem for one of our users. Please help! Thanks!

Thank you Ramesh - I don't know why this isn't a default option with
exlporer! I've wanted this for ages.
