Problems Opening Files...

Hi,

I received the following message and do not have a clue what it means or how
to fix it:

CANNOT OPEN FILE
C:\Program Files\bearshare\Bearshare.exe
This process cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process.

I am a "ROOKIE" when it comes to computers. So, I would appreciate anyone
responding to this, to please use the most SIMPLEST terms. Thanks.

Be sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a virus scan on your
system, also download, install and run Ad Aware:

Bearshare is file sharing software but often has a spyware component. It is
usually something the user has either specifically decided to install or has
inadvertently done so by clicking some banner at a website.
