Problems Logging Off

Whenever I choose the Log Off option the "End Program" dialog box appears. The title bar displays the name of a Dynamic Link Library file - Run32DLL.exe.

Any ideas on why this dialog box is appearing and how to remedy the situation would be appreciated.
