Problems installing Windows XP SP2

I'm trying to install Windows XP Service Pack 2 throught Group Policy but I'm
getting the following error message in the log file of the client PC's:

Software Installation was unable to read the MSI file
\\Recordbag\Applications\WinXP_SP2\i386\update\update.msi. The following
error was encountered: SQL query syntax invalid or unsupported.

Any idea why this might be happening?

Do you get a prompt in the info bar? You'll need to allow the ActiveX
control to proceed.
