problems installing dotnet sp2

Hello,

I am trying to install the dotnet SP2, however, I am receiving the
following error.

"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer
service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the
upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify
that the program ot be upgraded exists on your computer and that you
have the corred upgrade patch. [OK]"

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Architect 2003.
This is the only link to the .NET framework that I know about. Is
there a SP that addresses just this application? Or is it possible to
install .NET itself on top of VS.NET EA 2003 and upgrade from there?

Mike,

There is no SP2 for VS .NET 2003. It's to be applied to VS .NET 2002.
