problems in winn2000 server

The user's, nor I cant get acess to user's home directory,
when I'm logged in as administrator, i cant read or open
users catalog or document, I can make new documents and
folders, delete users and create new, I have acces to all
AD functions. I have restored backup from previous day. but
the rights to folders and documents, still prevent me from
granting access to the users to their files, og gain access
to them
 
Take ownership of the folders, then give yourself proper rights to access
the folders and files ...
