Problems in transferring data from access to excel

I have problem when using the office links of access 2002
with SP3. I have created a report which is fine but when
it is transferred to excel some of text in an individual
cell is truncated

any help
 
Is the text in the Xl cell and just not being displayed?
With the cell highlighted/selected, what does the formula
bar display?
