Problems importing MS Out contacts to existing asscess database

I have a rolodex setup in Access. I need to export my Microsoft Outlook
contacts to that rolodex. I followed the instructions for the internet. But i
keep getting an error message stating " An error occured trying to import
file. The file was not imported. I can not find any information on
troubleshooting that error message. Please help.
 
Are you exporting directly from OL to Access? particularly the rolodex db?
Have you tried exporting to a new access db?
