Problems forwarding a message

I HAD BEEN TRYING TO FORWARD A MESSAGE, BUT WHEN I WRITE
SOMETHING, THE POINTER SEEMS LIKE IT IS TRYING TO SAVE
THE CHANGES THAT I DO IN THE MESSAGE AND I SPEND LOTS OF
TIME FORWARDING A MESSAGE...

Hi - I'm not sure what you mean - can you rephrase? Are you using Word as
email editor?

Yes, I'm using word as email editor...
I try to say when I am forwarding a message the mouse
pointer change from write (beam) to wait(the sand clock)
and when this occurs i cannot write until the beam
appears again...It happens every 2 or 3 seconds...
It's so difficult to forward the message...
I had installed all service packs and patches

Hi - no problem.

Try disabling word as email editor and test again, just to try to isolate
the problem.....

That option solve the problem...
Does It mean that I need to repair Word?

I'm in the Technical Support Area, but it's the first
time that I have this problem, all the customers have
enabled word as email editor

Try running OfficeUpdate (a link on the WU site).
I never use Word as email editor because it's slower and bloated, so I can't
say that I've run into this myself....
