Problems deleting folder from CD Drive using Internal CD - Writing Software. HELP!!!!

Hi,

I have a user using a Windows XP system, the user drag a folder to the CD
Drive and then CD drive will contain folder(s) that is ready to be written
to the CD.

However, the user encounter error when writing files to the CD. I have
tried to click on the "Delete Temporary Files" but the system will prompt an
error
"Cannot delete D____: cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify
the correct path and File name."

I then go in to the folder and saw the D____ subfolder and when I zoom in
again, the same folder appear. I zoom in around to 10-20 times down with
the same subfolder name. And when I reached to the last subfolder in that
particular folder and tries to delete. I will then get another error,
"Cannot delete NTUser: It is being used by another person or program. Close
any programs that might be using the file and try again."

I'm sure that nobody is accessing this folder but it seems no matter how I
tried, I can't delete this folder. I suspect that when the user tries to
copy the folder over, somehow this folder get corrupted.

Now, how can I remove this folder away. Is there any solution or any way to
do a "FORCE" delete?

If this is not being solved, the user will not be able to use the Internal
CD-Burning software as the system will always try to burn this folder to the
CD too.

Regards
Vanessa

Files waiting to be burned to a CD are temporarily placed in a Temp file.
You can delete them before burning by going to:
Start>Run>type %temp%>click OK
This will list the Temp files and there you can delete them one by one.
