Problems copying to CD

I can't copy to CD. When i try i get the following message. "Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy to this folder"

When I try to move a file to the CD i get this message. "You don't have access to the Folder E:\ See your administrator for access to this folder"

When I try to review files that I Know are on a CD it indicates that the CD is 'blank'.

Any insight into what the problem is will be very much appreciated. Please send any responses to me via my e-mail address. That address is (e-mail address removed)

Windows xp cd writing software is flakey. Try using a 3rd party cd writing software. Burn4free is a good cd writing software for free.
