Problems converting to pdf

I am having problems converting my word files to pdf. I get the file to look
how I want and when I convert to a pdf every thing seems to get out of wack.
I have used adobes acrobat (the comercial one not reader), primo pdf and
macromedia pdf converter. Is there a way to get the pdf to look the exactly
like my word doc? Any suggestions would help

More info please. "Out of Whack" doesn't tell us much. What version of Word
are you using? Are you viewing your document in print layout? Does it look
normal in print preview? Have you gone to the Adobe forum?

Ok I have a doc with some pictures, it has 2 columns on each page, includes a
header and a footer and is in arial font. when convert to pdf some of the
text that was previously at the end of one page gets bumped to the next or
the stuff that is at the top gets bumped up. the pictures will move up or
down sometime covering the footer. I use microsoft word 2002. I tried the
latest primo and have adobe acrobat 5.0.

Thanks I will also try adobe forms.

I have Primo and Acrobat 7. If you can, I would gladly try to convert it for
you and we can compare results.

Ok it is on the web at
www.hoyme.com/tmadp-1102-tpx.doc (the one that I want them all to look like)
www.hoyme.com/tmadp-1102-tpx%20pdf.doc ( the one that I need to move things
around to make to pdf look like the first one)
http://www.hoyme.com/PDF/tmadp-1102-tpx.pdf (the pdf converted from the
second doc)

I can get the second .doc file and the .pdf, but the first Word file is a
broken link. Send the document to jl dot paules at gmail dot com.

And I need to make sure I understand what you need: The resulting .pdf
should look like the first .doc file, not the second one. Right?

Set the active printer driver to your Acrobat driver and reformat the
document *before* converting.
