Problems clicking on links within Windows Mail...

Everytime I click on a link within Windows mail, a box pops up that says
"there is no disc in the drive. Please insert a disc in drive E." You can
click on a Cancel, Try Again, or Continue button. I can either click Cancel
or X out the box, and the link with work and pull up a webpage. Any
suggestions??

You didn't say which browser you use, so I will assume IE.
First, make sure all its defaults are properly assigned:
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Internet
Explorer". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

If no improvement, try resetting IE: Tools, Internet Options, Advanced,
Reset.
