Problems and solutions are a problem

My problems and solutions program has stopped reporting my problems. Even
manually they show as unreported. Have reached my limit mabe? (125) After a
shareing of the screen with MS help. nothing has worked, any ideals?

Well, now when I click on the "notify me when I get a reply" button I get a
"notification failed" error! Does anything work?

I am participating in the customer experience improvement program, and went
to the link, it at first was non responding. Then after it let me download
said that this download does not apply to my system. I rechecked the customer
exp. pro. and I am there. Will try anything, more errors to not
report. Thanks Ben Strong
