problems after converting into pdf

The Acrobat online service returned my Word file as a pdf file. In the
original document there were two pages each containing a graph that I had
rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise. However, the pdf file showed the
graphs back to the zero degrees position.

I asked Acrobat for an explanation. Meanwhile, I am wondering if there is
anything that I did in Word that may have caused this. The graphs were
originally created on Excel, from which I did a simple cut-and-paste, and
then rotated the graph.

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

This is an Acrobat driver issue, not Word. If Acrobat cannot handle a
rotated object - and that you will have to take up with Adobe. FWIW I did
test this with Word 2003/Acrobat 6 and the rotated chart was handled
correctly using the Acrobat add-in tools.

One possibility would be to use screen capture from Excel - SnagIt is
excellent for this www.techsmith.com - rotate the chart image and insert the
image into the document.
