Problems Accessing Secure Websites through TS

Hi,
We're running 5 Terminal Servers using IE6 as the browser.
On 4 of these servers, when users log in via TS, they are unable to access
secure websites. The only exception to this is when an administrator logs in,
they can access secure sites okay.
The fifth one works fine for both users and admins.
When the servers were first installed, they were all working fine. We've
gone through all the security and IE settings, but to no avail.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Image one of the working TS, then use that image to rebuild the broken ones.
